I've found that adhesive education is so sparse and lacking in many lash trainings and yet it's the crux and lifeblood of our service!!! The chemical reaction that happens once our lash is dipped in the adhesive and applied to the natural lash is science...not a guessing game! Part of your "expertise" must include understanding your adhesive and it's fickle ways. Especially how humidity levels affect the adhesive! You must have a Hygrometer in your work space or you're "driving blind". #knowledgeispower
