Knowing Your Competition
While Walmart is all over the news for Black Friday chaos, is that the type of clientele you're trying to attract or would you prefer a more Nordstrom type client? Nothing against those who shop at either merchant, but as a business owner looking to grow a full clientele, it's important to know who you're trying attract with your marketing. Knowing who your ideal client is should eliminate most of your perceived "competition" as you begin to realize you're not competing for the same client after all!
